46927 BPSC will take 150 marks exam for headmaster and headteacher, 16500 posts reserved for women

BPSC Controller of Examinations Amarendra Kumar said that the advertisement related to this has been sent to the Education Department. The education department has to take the final decision on the nature of the advertisement. Only after that the process of making the application will be start. It may take a week to return the advertisement from the education department.

On the matter, Teachers Association President Markandey Pathak and spokesperson Ashwini Pandey have urged the government that before taking out its advertisement, the government should seriously discuss it so that no matter gets stuck in the court. If the matter gets stuck in the High Court due to the lack of vision of the government, then lakhs of students of Bihar will suffer and the government will also be responsible for this.

16 and a half thousand posts will be reserved for women

It is known that one month’s time will be given to the candidates to take the online application. After the application, there will be scrutiny and then the exam will be taken. It is the effort of the department that the appointment of headteacher and headmaster in primary and higher secondary schools should be done in the 2022-23 session. In this context, the advertisement may come this month. In this appointment, 35 percent of the posts of headteacher and headmaster will be reserved for women, that is, about 16 and a half thousand posts will be reserved for women.

Apart from this, there will be reservations for SC-ST, backward and extremely backward class candidates and economically weaker sections. Let us inform that the basic salary of the head teacher has been fixed at 30,500. Including DA etc., it will be more than 45 thousand per month. The basic salary of the headmaster has been fixed at Rs 35,000. It will exceed 50 thousand including DA etc.

Teachers’ union said that the government should work with a vision, otherwise the matter may get stuck in the court
